My husband and I were stranded in my son's car on 6/12/13 on the side of I-24. It was a very hot day and as soon as Manny arrived (within the 30 minutes he told us he would be there), he introduced himself to us and told us the very next thing he was going to do was get us situated in the air-conditioned tow truck. He took us to the truck, got us settled and then put the car on the flatbed. He was such a pleasant and professional man. In a difficult situation, he made us comfortable. We have AAA and we know E and A towing was the right choice for them to make when they decided to give them their AAA standing. Thank you again Manny.
