Clancy's Car Wash

On Sat June 1st I went into Clancy's car wash in Muncie. Before I went in I was preparing to trade off my car, so I was getting it all cleaned up. I went to Clancy's to get a quick car wash before trading my car. When I came out of the car wash I noticed 2 large streak marks and scratches on my car. I looked closer and the 2 large streaks were actually scratches where some of the cleaning strips had scraped my car up pretty good around the hood and gas tank of my car. All on the drivers side. After a week of trying to contact the GM Bryce Alexander he finally answered my call and agreed to see the car on 06/08. When I arrived and showed him the marks and scratches on the car he said, "I don't follow you around so I don't know if the wash did this or not." I explained to him I was trying to trade my car that day, it had 0 scratches on the car before the wash, and afterwards the hood and everything was all scratched. He again tried to say he doesn't follow me around and its hard telling where I take my car. I advised this is the only place I have ever taken my car to get washed. He then stated if it was the was scratches would be all over the car. I pointed to all the different srapes on the driver side of the car, and Bryce still didn't acknowledge the wash did this to my car. I then informed him, even his employees apologized that day for what was done to my car. Bryce then stated, "My employees don't know anything about that." Which to me was very off-putting and alarming. After several minutes of Bryce dodging my questions and responsibility for what had taken place I decided I would get in touch with the BBB to try and get my car back to looking the way it did before the car wash. Some of the scratches seem like they could be buffed out. I explained this to Bryce, and at that time said, "If I did that for every person that said that, I would be out of business." Which shows this has happened multiple times, and their business takes 0 responsibility for it.
