        I would like to thank the Med-Surg nurses, Dr.Butros and all the people that helped with my care and stay including the cooks. Thank all of you for helping me get through without having to be placed on n a ventilator. I was very sick and I know that the quick response from the doctor, nurses and P T kept me from being on the ventilator. Again Thank all of you.
