I unfortunately am writing this review after several "good" visits to this establishment. It just takes one "bad" experience to ruin your opinion of a place. Went here for dinner last night with my husband, two kids and rest of my family. Our waitress from hell was named "Boogo or Booger", some ridiculous name. She's Booger in my eyes because that's about all she's worth, some secretion out of a person's nose! My daughter had brought her iPad to play with like any kid does at a restaurant. once we were sitting, booger came by the table and my daughter said excuse me do you have wifi here ? She replied with a snotty attitude and said no we don't have wifi here and you shouldn't be on your iPad anyways you should be sitting here having dinner with your family! WTF! I was already irritated, that is none of that woman's business! later my daughter asked booger if they could change the radio station because she didn't like the music they were playing. however she did not say she didn't like the music playing, she just asked her if she could change the radio. the waitress then flew into a tailspin and started going off on my daughter saying how she needs to cut the attitude because she just served a table of 8 or 9 kids already and she's up to here with their attitude and again how she needs to turn off the iPad and get off it and have dinner with her family. she told her if she doesn't like the fact that there is no wifi at the restaurant then she needs to go elsewhere. then she kept telling my daughter how she needs to look at her in the eye when she takes her order! who the hell does this? my entire family is sitting there at this point and we're shocked that this woman is saying this! you have to understand I have old school Japanese parents and my Dad gets bent out of shape if you make a scene at his regular favorite Japanese restaurants.. if the kids get too loud or the table is a mess, he gets upset and he also doesn't like it when you complain to the waitress about the food or the service... so my husband and I ended up biting our tongues even though I wanted to climb over the table and strangle her. so today I contacted the manager, his name was Arthur and I let him know about the situation. turns out this is not the first time she has been rude and disrespectful to customers .the girl was demoted previously and now she just has a bad attitude and is out to ruin this restaurant's reputation. He assured me this was not going to go unnoticed and that it would be dealt with. he was consulting with the other manager and was going to address it with her and I got the impression that hopefully as a result of this last event she will be terminated. Arthur you were very nice and professional so I hope you follow through with what you said and deal with this employee. she's a cancer to your business and will only bring you down further with her bad and insubordinate attitude. Good luck in the future. To you, booger, you need to get another job anywhere anyplace that doesn't involve being around or talking to people .maybe you should get a job working in a back room in Siberia somewhere filling internet orders where no one has to deal with you and look at your ridiculous face! you are truly pathetic!
