Every pepper jelly recipe is created by Paula and made by her & helpers in a Factory in Gold Bar, Washington. 90% of the produce that Paula uses in her award winning pepper jellies are Wild or Organically grown from Washington Farmers, the other 10% are berries that come from certain parts of Europe like Scandinavia and Finland. We do not use any artificial flavorings, coloring or preservatives. Only the finest, natural ingredients are used. The color that you see, is the color from the natural ingredients that are used to make our Award Winning pepper jellies.
