This company is a fraud. Because I have family who have served as firefighters we gladly support local firehouses. This company tells you that they have a contract with the firehouse for specific counties and will distribute about 50,000 of these wipe off magnet boards for them to distribute. Not only did they not have a contract to do this when I had purchased two different counties, but their "contact" at the firehouse told me he has been asking them to stop sending him handfuls (not 50K) of these boards because they will not, do not and are not distributing them. The company’s sales reps are real good about contacting you repeatedly until you sign and send a check off (for the full amount) and then good luck getting any help after. My boards were supposed to have been distributed within 60-90 days. After 4 months of no contact I started sending emails asking for them an explanation and then started to asking for a refund since they still had not gone to print - the person who handles all the accounts "Sarah Perino" billingdept@firesafetymagnets.com only emails - (when she wants to respond). THIS IS A SCAM, AS PER THE FIREHOUSE THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE A CONTRACT WITH! I am pursing this legally because they did not have a signed contract with the firehouse they claimed to be partnering with when I signed the agreement and they still don't. Also as Razmik B. stated, they do not produce the 50K they claimed per county and quite frankly, the firehouse has received nothing from them to this date now 5 months since they cashed the check. Please, please do not throw your money away. They are scammers! I have never submitted a negative review on social media but will post this everywhere I can to help prevent others from falling into the same trap as I have.

A big rip off company called Firehouse Promotions They promised to send 40,000 to 50 000 promo peaces when they will send only 50 or 100 to a fire department that will put them in trash at the end, they are claiming that if the fire station requests for more for the next 5 years they will supply them with the boards... BULL CRAP. The fire department has no affiliation with them and has no obligation for delivering the promos.
