I selected this company because of their excellent reviews on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. The office (Kimie) was great to deal with and very helpful with my questions. The serviceman (Shawn) was excellent also. He installed a programmable thermostat and serviced my A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable and skillful in his work. I would recommend them and plan to use them again.

We NEVER call anyone for help (my husband thinks he can fix it all) but we needed the AC fixed in a hurry. I did some research and the reviews for Climate Masters kept rising to the top. Shawn from Climate Masters came and when I tell you my husband said "We will ONLY use Shawn to fix our AC from now on" that meant a lot. Great job, FAST, knowledgeable and above all honest. Highly recommend.

Professional and friendly service. Shawn the tech, explained our system and cleaned it. We will need a new furnace in the next couple of years. Shwan did quote us a new furnace price but was not pushy. He inspected our system for safety and also cleaned it. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with my initial dealing with Climate Master. The office manager was pleasant and efficient, and she gave me plenty of notice that the technician was on the way. Shaun, the tech, arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. We had a nice conversation as he worked and he did a great job. Just moved into a new house and AC wasn't working too good and wanted furnace inspected to see how it looked. Was very afraid based on experiences with other companies that we would be told everything is bad and we need to replace everything...etc..etc.. Climate Master and Shawn in particular are 10+++ in our opinion. Timely appointment. Nice to deal with. Super friendly and took time to explain things as checks were done and hvac serviced. Very professional and clean worker. Above all else was the honesty and integrity. Never have we worked with someone as fantastic as Shawn. He did an unbelievable job and spent the time needed to really service everything so we were at ease in using our AC. He was super honest and didn't try to sell us a complete new furnace system as most places we've used always do. Pricing was super fair and reasonable especially considering you can't put a price tag and trust and fantastic service. Would definitely recommend Shawn to be your service guy!!

i cant say enough about these guys. They are great one time in the winter my furnace wasn't working called them and Chuck the owner actually called me back within 10 minutes and walked me thru a couple of things and wow it worked. I was so impressed/

My furnace went out in the middle of winter in below zero temps with a newborn in the house, I called Climate Master, they promptly came out serviced my furnace and had us up and running in no time..Very knowledgeable/friendly/fair/honest service. Highly recommend Climate Master.

Climate Master gave me a great rate for the service call. They came out within 2 hours of my call! The service tech Shawn was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his fast friendly service. My air conditioning unit was working in a half hour. I would definitely recommend them and ask for Shawn!

Shawn did a great job repairing my A/C. Climate Master's is my first choice for furnace and air conditioning service. Shawn arrived promptly, explained what was wrong and did the repairs in a very timely manner.

I highly recommend Climate Master. Our home service tech Shawn is personable, always punctual, thorough and honest. We have a large dog that Shawn says hello to and works around. We've also referred Shawn to other friends and they've all had positive experiences.

We've used the Climate Master outlet for many years. Service has been prompt, thorough and trustworthy. Jeff was particularly helpful in replacing our AC in June 2014. We used their service to service/clean the furnace and vacuum the duct work.
