I think alot of there merchandise is extremely overpriced. Customer service is not all that great. Store owner is very rude and acts unprofessional alon with the majority of staff.



My husband and I stopped in on Saturday to buy something for the new grandbaby. The girl workin the registar had hickies covering her neck (It looked discusting) She did nothin to try and hide them she had even went as far as to have her hair pulled back. I beleive their should be some kind of dress code and discipline for this.



I beleive when you work with the public and even more so in a place where children seem to be at more often you should be more considerate of the way you represent yourself along with the way you talk and things you say.

It seems like this none of the above matters to the owner and her staff.



They need to watch the way they address their customersand the way they talk about their employees (they can be heard-their really loud most of the time).



If your looking for quality kids clothing, toys, furniture etc......... check out Little Ones on Roseburg- prices are great and service is outstanding (that's what really matters).



I bought a brand new item for $80.00. The retail price in the store was anywhere from $130.00-$169.00. You could have never got a deal like this @ Once Upon A Child and if so it would have been a used item.

I do visit the store often, i come from merced because there is not much there, but the store is usually REALLY crowded so when i bring my daughter in her car seat its really hard to get around with carrying her....the prices are a little high, but everything is going up these days. The girls who work there are typically really nice to me, but the older lady that i believe owns the store is pretty rude. I think they need a bigger space for all their merchindise that they have...and maybe do more specials than they do now....buying 4 outfits and getting 1 free is not all that much of a deal especially for me to travel as far as i do.

I bought something, and returned it the next day, because it was really really dirty, and they dont give you your money back, but they will give you a credit for the store, and there is nothing in this store, that I want.
