Best blinds and shutter store in the entire area!! (trust me I've tried them all)



Used them for my entire house and they blew me away. Pricing, promptness, and quality of my window coverings was much better than I even anticipated.



Will use them again for my next home. Enjoyed the entire process.

Do not shop here!! It was the worst experience I have ever had.



My husband and I went in to shop for window coverings for one room. We recently built a house and are focusing on one room at a time to cover. We have over 30 windows to cover.



We went in specifically to a location with a showroom to be able to view the different options as we were unsure as to what we wanted. We discussed a few options and while the employee was working on pricing-we decided to look around and found two other options we liked so we began looking at books. We started taking notes on the different options: fabric, brand, etc.



While we were looking - the owner came out-hysterical- ripped the book out of my hand and told us to "GET OUT". We were in utter shock! She proceeded to tell us that, "we would not use them for their information to buy somewhere else." We had no idea where this came from-she proceeded to accuse us of 'stealing' their information. She came to this conclusion based on the fact that we were taking notes. Please keep in mind, my husband and I were opening discussing what we were writing down-as again we were looking at 4 products.



The owner continued to yell at us, grabbed my chair and for lack of a better word 'pushed' us out. I tried to explain to her that we were taking notes because it was a lot of information-she continued to yell. She then told us to "KISS HER A$$".



My husband and I remained very calm as we were in shock! I cannot begin to explain exactly how mortifying this company was to deal with. And let me also mention, we were shopping for our baby's nursery as I am 8 1/2 months pregnant.



Again-do not shop here!

Shopped everywhere, but no one came close to these guys. Best prices and window coverings in town. No wonder they keep getting rated #1. Will use them on my next house.

I was pretty amazed at how well this company knew their products. I called them out for my remodel and they replaced my old mini blinds with some new shutters. Outstanding. Now my friends are calling them for their houses!
