Big O Tires

This Big O Tire stores is very rude and have very bad service. Last time I went there for tire alignment the technician took my car out for a test drive and made deep dent on driver side rear bumper. I never had any damage on my rear bumper before I went to this Big O Tire. They didn't even have manager there, so I talked to the owner's son but he didn't seem to listen or take care of the problem. Instead the technician was lying and blamed everything on me. They were very irresponsible and didn't even fix the damage that they caused. If you go to this store you need to watch out and should alway have evidence that your car didn't have any damage before you bring your car to this Big O Tire.
