Walmart - Vision Center

almost every visit i encounter rude or incompetent service from the various staff members. customer service is either not taught, expected , or enforced with them. just got home , called back to speak with mgr, and stayed on hold for mgr for almost 10 min. operator came back and couldn't believe the mgr hadn't picked up the line yet. So I just voiced my concerns with her. it's obvious that the mgrs aren't that well versed in customer service either as the store wasn't very busy but they couldn't seem to get to a phone call. however the operator was nice. selection is fine, store is clean. customer service overall with staff, (and mgrs) needs work.
