Great temp agency Allie works hard to keep people in work I've worked for them for several months and they are great .

I came in and filled out the application and the people were really friendly. I got to work shortly after and had a great experience. I feel like if you present yourself well and show that you are willing to work (which i think is the attitude you should have when trying to find a job) it will workout great for you too.

It is locally owned (which I love) and the staff is super friendly. They make you feel relaxed, taking the pressure off of the whole interview process. I don't think that anyone should rely SOLELY on companies like this in job searching because "if it is to be, it is up to me," right? I think a lot of people who do have a negative experience with companies like this don't realize that. BUT...If you are going to put an "extra line in the water" and want a company who will work with you to find a good job, Nelson is the way to go! I would choose them first over any other companies out there because of how they have treated me and the lengths they went to help me find work.

Nelson Personnel is probably the MOST helpful staffing agency in Missoula and the surrounding areas, I find it interesting that both Julie and Jodi wrote their review the same day... they must work for the other agencies! haha They are idiots; Nelson is very professional and ACTUALLY help their employees. I have gained permanent employment through them in the past, and will recommend them to anyone. Sorry "Julie" and "Jodi".... you're wrong and must really not know what you are talking about...

Scam! Beware! Discriminatory!

This place is awful it took them over a month to find me a job and when they finally did they sent me to work for a scam artist who avoided me to the point where I couldn't get my time card signed and turned in on time. That put me to near loss of my home and had to go to food banks to feed me and my family for three weeks. Do not use Nelson Peronnel for your temp agency needs.

This outfit is proffessional. They find out what you are capable of and what you want.
