RBI's is the worst place I have never been served at ever. I came in after a very stressful hard day at work and wanted to have a drink before heading home. The bar tender saw me come in and said nothing. I sat down and he ignored me for 10 minutes. At first I thought there was a waitress that was in the back buy after another couple minutes I realized he would only serve his friends at the bar. He kept looking at me and turning away. Everyone in there was tended the except me. I didn't want to play the "race" card but it sure felt like it to me. I finally gave up and walked out. I went around the corner and before I sat down I was being served.

I live out of state and came to this establishment with my grieving sister who just lost her husband. We were going to have a memorial toast to her late husband. The bartender was very rude and disrespectful! I have been in the service industry for 17 years. Customer service is a VERY important aspect of being in the industry. My sister and her late husband have also owned and operated several bars and restaurants. We have never encountered a place so unwelcoming.
