Honest repair shop, who goes out of their way for customer service as well. My first interaction with them was in an emergency when something came loose under my car. They were able to fix it quickly and sent me on my way with no charge. As a way to say thanks, I scheduled an oil change. Over the years, I’ve had a few other major issues, and they have been straight-forward, but honest with what needed to be fixed. They were always willing to explain the problem in detail. From that first incident, to every other issue since, they’ve gone out of their way to earn my repeat business. I don’t know if they had any idea how valuable that free fix was going to be.
