I would NEVER pay a third party factor company as they never even know what they are trying to collect on. In my case Verizon hung me with a bill for a business I had an interest in that reneged on all bills, I never accepted the responsibility, and never will. If VERIZON uses these people, you had better think twice about both Verizon as well as this outfit. Not responsible. Not paying.

DO NOT PAY these sneaks. They DO NOT follow laws of any kind.

They are now in violation on bankruptcy law on my credit report. They WILL correct it or it will be costing them thousands.

Be sure to file a BBB complaint with this place.

If you look, hundreds and hundreds of people already have.

If you call them to correct it they only "pass the buck" to their sister company.

They will be shut down eventually. Again, DON"T pay them a dime.

Pinnacle has a nice little scam going. They place an entry on your credit report without sending a letter regarding a past due account. This is illegal. Then when you place a complaint with the BBB they respond that they have no record, and cannot verify the account. Then they suggest you call them. By now, they have all the missing information about you. Then they start calling you on the phone. Almost every letter that the BBB has on their web site has the letter with the "cannot verify this account" statement. The account in question is also past the statute of limitations so they can't collect anyway, but they will keep trying. Stay away from them - SCUM.
