The careless team i have ever seen. Here is the history. The doctor ordered blood draw for my wife. When my wife goes to the lab, the lab guy said it is too late. He told us that he is going to close the lab even though the doctor is sending him patients. We didn't have any option. My wife came back the next day and got the blood drawn. After couple days we asked the doctor for the result. She couldn't find any information about the blood. The lab guy never put it into my wife's chart. The doctor told us that she is going to bring this into the clinic director's attaintion and she apologized. She was very frustrated. I said to the doctor "today is the last day to visit people center health services". Here is the amaizing history. After about 2 weeks, i got a call from the clinic saying the "result for the blood your wife gave is ready". I said which blood? The caller said "the one three days ago". But my wife didn't go to the clinic three days ago. It is more than two weeks since she visited the clinic. My gues is they put someone else's blood result into my wife's chart. My gues is that the result of the blood which my wife gave two weeks ago was pu into someone's chart which is a huge mistake and the sign of carelessness about payients and abouy their job.
