Henri's Cloud Nine

Omg!!! By far the best experience ever. I'm so pleased it was 25 min drive worth while. I'm so impressed with the professionalism on along with kindness and courtesy . You just don't get that everyday. My daughter found her dream dress and it's to die for. She had many options narrowed down to 3 at best. Settled on one she is so so happy. Jordan was one of many that helped us and if I must say she went beyond her duties making sure the girls was satisfied. Good Job Jordan for all you do and God Bless.

Bought my daughter's $500 homecoming dress from a very helpful young lady no thanks to the young rude gentleman at the counter that looked at my daughter 125lbs from 15 ft away and said all plus sizes are upstairs and everyone turned and looked at us like we was from a circus and looked at us like we wasn't worthy he was probably a 125lbs

Usually love this place just picked up my daughters $880 prom dress they didn't have her size only tried it on so I put the down payment and called them back same day after we left, to let them know it should be a size (6) that they are going to hold went to pick the dress up yesterday and just realize it's still a size (4).... The day we picked The dress up and I called them on the phone the girl said it would be fine she would hold a (6) that's not what happened!..now I have s $880 dress that is to small.

I had a wonderful experience buying both my bridesmaid dresses and bridal gown at this store! Morgan helped pick out gowns and gave me information about prices so I could think about it. I brought my mom and sister back a few weeks later and they knew right away it was the one!

I'll start off by saying that I did buy my wedding dress here. But I warn all brides that you may not take photos of anything that you try on here. This was disappointing as I would have liked to take more time to make my decision and it would be helpful to have photos of the dresses that I was deciding on.



I came back for a dress fitting in a rainy, November morning (40 degrees outside). We had a 10 am appointment but we arrived 10 minutes early as we allowed extra time in our hour drive to get there in time. The door was open so we let ourselves in. As we're waiting around for some help, an associate came to tell us they were in a meeting, the door should not have been left open and we need to leave. We said we had an appt. in 10 minutes and asked if we could wait inside since it's so cold and rainy. She kicked us out anyways and locked the door.



If I did not already buy my dress here I would have walked away. Me, my mother, and 93 year old grandmother were appalled.

Way to crowded . Not a fan

Loved this shop! The staff was friendly and the gowns were beautiful. But it's all almost overwhelming . Glad I finally got the chance to go!

The ONLY problem I had was I had a "gay" male that got into my dressing room and helped me change. Didn't think much of it until that night he added me on facebook... he WAS NOT GAY!



I feel completely violated and disgusted.

I am in Love with Henri's Cloud Nine!!!! I have been competing in pageants for years and have struggled finding a place that fullfilled all my pageant needs until I found Henri's!! The staff is excellent there and would do anything to help you nad make you feel special!!! I would highly recomend this store to any pageant girl and from what I have seen there prom selection is amazing as well!!!!!

I had a great time there. All of the staff was so nice and when i would call back to get the details about when my dress would be coming in they were willing to do whatever it took to get me my answers. I also came back in to purchase my accessories and had the PERFECT things to match my gown. This is the 3rd time i've been to henris to purchase gowns and i will always go back.

I absolutely loved my experience at Henri's Cloud NIne. This store has such a great selection of any kind of gown that a girl could ask for! I fell in love with my dress as soon as I saw it. The staff is exceptional along with their customer service. I would highly reccomend this store to be the first stop on every high school girl's prom store list when shopping for a dress! :)

Henri's has an amazing selection of dresses and styles to fit any body. We drove over an hour because we’d heard so much about them and it was really worth the trip –- we found the perfect dress! Thank you Henri's!

When I first went there I only went to look since they were 2 hours away. I ordered my dress from them and when it came in it was totally chaos! First, when you call they say "How can I give you exceptional service?" That's nothing but BS! I was told they would call when my dress came in on 2 occasions. Instead I got a letter saying it was in and I had 10 to come and do my inspection AND it had to be done Mon- Friday. No one ever mentioned this. While it was about a week since they wrote the letter and I called to make my appt and I was put on hold and then told 2 dresses come in from the manufacturer and one had a stain and they weren't sure if it was mine. So the Bridal manager took my information and said she would call me back. She called me back and it was mine, but she needed to call the manufacturer to see when they would be able to send a new one, but they are in California and she can't call them until after 1pm. So again I was left waiting. She called me late that after noon and told me the next shipment wasn't coming until Sept 9, it is the now july and the wedding is in Oct. When I returned her call the next day I told her Sept. wouldn't work and she said they thought they were confident they could clean it but they would need to let me know on monday. So again I had to wait, now for 3 more days before I could find out when I would have a dress. Finally she called monday afternoon to tell me my dress had come back from cleaners and it looked great, also she proceeded to tell me the stain was the size of a dime! All this hassle and that small, wait almost 2 more months for a new dress for a dime size stain! This was crazy, for my inconvenience they took $50 off my bill! That is was just not right. If you want to give your customer exceptional service then when you find one of your dresses for your customers has a problem then you get all the information needed to go along with the problem and YOU CALL the customer, you don't wait for them to cal you to start addressing it! I would never go back to this store again!
