Monitoring of the anesthetized patient is a continual process from pre-medication to full recovery. Your pet will be monitored by state-of-the-art monitoring machines that are capable of monitoring the heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, EKG, and ETCO2.

In addition to a comprehensive physical exam, we’ll also perform blood tests to evaluate how well the liver, kidneys, pancreas, spleen, and gallbladder are functioning, as well as a complete blood count (CBC) that will evaluate the red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets.
X-Ray
Microchipping
Microchipping your pet can prevent this from happening to you. About the size of a grain of rice, a microchip contains an ID number unique to your pet. When this device is scanned that unique number is paired with your personal contact information comes up. This gives the shelter, vet, or pound the ability to return your pet to you.
