We had a Baby Shower for my daughter and she registered at toysrus which was easy to do but after the shower she wanted to exchange some items. She received many clothes that were mainly newborn sizes so she wanted to exchange some for the next size or sizes up. Since she didn't get any gift receipts she just wanted to exchange. The store refused to return or exchange without receipts and suggested we asked everyone who purchased them which ones they actually purchased. Too tedious a thing to do. The store manager refused to talked with us sending word with someone we talked with that that has been store policy for 4 years. Had we known that we would've never registered there.
