First Student Inc

This is the worst bus company ever. My 5yr old goes to 68th street school and has missed 3 days of school already because the bus driver never came to pick him up. The bus is suppose to arrive at 8:12 but doesn't arrive until 8:30 or later, or she sometimes just doesnt come at all. You would think that after the feces incidents that this bus company would've gotten it together but I guess this is the their work ethics. I say shut the company down, their putting our childrens education and jeopardy. I have been trying to call them at 353-1027 and the number is always busy. Must be the other parents complaining also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been in the school bus driving business for 15 years. Ive worked with the branch manager there for years. My husband and I transferred to another branch, but I still miss working at the 55th st branch. One thing for sure, the first few weeks of school are rough on all of us. Have patience and take one thing at a time. It is worth it in the end. Every year we start up, it is always rough on everyone. the branch manager, the office employees, the drivers, the parents and the students. Patience and understanding go a long way in making a difference.
