        When you call the local # for this Chase, you ARE NOT speaking to a person at that bank. Very short, almost to the point of rudeness. They also CHARGE $10 -$15 for an account verification - so be careful - they'll give you a 900 # which will be charged on your phone bill. Also, the fax # listed is not correct, but of course, I wasn't speaking to this bank at all so she didn't care and could not give me a correct fax #
