My girlfriend and I recently took a tour of the the townhome and an apartment. We liked the townhouse and its only $50 more and the apartments. It did scare me that they have a model which looked nice but I'm not sure how nice the actual unit is compared to the model. I am considering moving here it is cheaper and nicer than where I currently stay. But I would have to agree with other reviews that the lady with the desk to the right was rude and didn't seem interested in showing us around.she handed us a key and told us where to find it. I'm not sure how theses tours usually go but I was expecting her to be somewhat Chipper maybe a smile and to show us around. Maybe customer service is dead, it felt as if she could care less if we liked the place, hated it, or wanted to move in. But maybe I shouldn't have inconvenienced her day or distracted her from her phone.

I moved in commodore villages summer of 2014 I have had problem after problem: constant foot traffic for the first two months from maintanace workers. I must say they have tried to comply with majority of the issues only to cover up and cut corners calling it service. I have been rudely treated by the female office staff that has become too complacent in their work environment. The stress pain and suffering I have endured from this traumatic situation is in need of a warning for others to beware.

I MOVED INTO THE COMMODORE VILLAGE APARTMENTS IN MILLINGTON, TN IN NOV 2010 AND STILL RESIDE THERE. I HAVE HAD PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM HERE IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS AND IT ONLY SEEMS TO GET WORSE INSTEAD OF BETTER. I SIGNED A LEASE STATING I WOULD PAY RENT EVERY MONTH ON TIME AND HAVE LIVED UP TO THIS ON THE OTHER HAND THEY HAVE NOT LIVED UP TO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO .WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN MY NEICE WAS OVER VISITING ( 10 MONTHS AT THE TIME) AND HAPPENED TO BE IN THE KITCHEN AND THE DISH WASHER NEARLY FELL ON TOP OF HER BECAUSE IT WAS NOT BOLTED TO THE GROUND (1ST ISSUE) I ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY DOOR LOCKING AND UNLOCKING WITH THE KEY (2ND ISSUE) THEY ACTUALLY FIXED BOTH OF THESE !! MY STOVE KNOBS FELL OFF EVERY OTHER DAY AND ONLY 2 EYES ON IT ACTUALLY WORKED CORRECTLY (3RD ISSUE) AND NOW TO TOP IT OFF IT IS THE SUMMER (90-105 DEGREE TEMPS) AND I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT AC AND HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEM FIXING IT FOR NEARLY 2 MONTHS. AT ONE POINT MY APT WAS UP TO 90 DEGREES. 1ST TIME THEY CAME OUT LOOKED AT IT FOR 5 MINS AND STATES THAT IT WAS ON FAN AND THAT IT NEEDED TO STAY ON AUTO. 2ND TIME THEY CAME OUT THEY REALIZE THERE IS NO FILTER AND THEY COME OUT AND PUT ONE IN. STILL NO AC WELL IM GUESSING THEY JUST RECENTLY (2 WEEKS AGO ) HIRED A GUY WHO MAY KNOW A LITTLE MORE ON WHAT HE IS DOING HE CAME TO MY APT AND WAS THERE FOR NEARLY 5 HOURS DOING EVERYTHING TO IT … OKAY AC STARTS COOLING EVERYTHING IS OKAY UNTIL 10 MINS AFTER THEY LEAVE I WALK INTO MY BEDROOM AND REALIZE MY CEILING IN MY CLOSET IS POURING WATER ONTO MY CLOTHES AND MY CHILDS (WHOM IS 4 YEARS OLD) . AND NOW ON SATURDAY AUG 13TH I WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND MY APT IS WARM AGAIN 82 DEGREES SO I CALL “EMERGENCY” MAINTENANCE WHOM STATED “MAM IT IS 1AM NO ONE IS GOING TO COME FIX UR AC IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, IT IS 80 SOMETHING DEGREES OUTSIDE OPEN YOUR WINDOW UNTIL WE CAN GET THERE AT 9AM TOMORROW” FOR A PERSON THAT HAS BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR NEARLY 2 MONTHS I AM BEYOND IRRITATED! I HAVE A 4 YEAR OLD SON THAT LIVES IN MY HOME AND I PAY RENT AND KEEP UP ON MY END I WAS JUST LIKE THEM TO DO THE SAME. ITS RIDICULOUS. NOT TO MENTION THE 2 LADIES IN THE OFFICE ARE COMPLETELY RUDE AND SHOULD NOT BE ANY WHERE NEAR A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB !
