DUI/DWI
Minnesota man charged with OWI/PAC-3rd offense, criminal damage to property, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Prior to trial, Attorney Nero convinced the judge to “sever” (which means to break apart and have separate trials) the drug charges from the OWI/DUI charges, which were based only upon alleged alcohol impairment. Following the not guilty verdicts, the prosecutor dropped all remaining criminal charges as well.
