Milford Oil Change

I have been a long-time customer with several vehicles and received excellent service. Today I sent my college aged daughter over with her lease vehicle to ask them to check her fluid levels. She was made to feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNWELCOME. Great job boys, lost a customer

I have always liked this place, however this last time I was there, they told me I should replace the gasket on my trans pan because it's leaking trans fluid. I said "let me call my ex, as he's a trans builder (and has been for 37 years) He told me to ask them to tighten up the bolts on the pan a little, as I have a reusable gasket. When I told this to the guy, he immediately got an attitude with me that I've never seen here before. He told me "no, I won't tighten them up, it's leaking for a reason, take it to your ex" Well, I'm fine with doing that, but 3 days later, and I still can't stop thinking how he reacted. That was uncalled for, and very unlike the normal treatment I have always received there. I my as well add that the trans man says you should never have your trans flushed, because when you do, the liquid is flushing in the opposite direction that the trans fluid runs, and will cause you major problems down the road. They have told me I need my trans flushed almost every time I have gone in there.

Great customer service!!! Top of the line with knowledge and product. I have been going to Milford Oil Change since they first opened. I refuse to go anywhere but Milford Oil Change because they were honest and treated me with the utmost respect. I have never had any issues with any of the employees smelling of weed EVER! A definite place to go if u want awesome service at great prices!!!

So on 2/05/2013 I pulled in for a oil change and this little Latin guy comes up to my window reeking of weed asking what I need. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! What is happening to these pennzoils????? This is my second time there and they never lube my door hinges like other places. Do not go here!!

I LOVE GOING THERE THE WORKERS ARE VERY HONEST AND DONT RECOMEND ANYTHING THATS NOT NEEDED. THEY TAKE CARE OF ME WHEN MY TIRES NEED AIR , WASHER FLUID IS LOW AT NO CHARGE. IT LOOKS LIKE THE LAST REVIEW WAS RACIST. MILFORD OIL CHANGE WORKERS ARE HONEST AND HARD WORKING PEOPLE. I RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE I KNOW
