Swift Creek Day Center strives to provide services to range from assisting clients with limited physical abilities and cognitive impairment to clients with chronic illness thus resulting in debilitating health. The intent is to individualize care and assist clients as needed to maintain or attain their optimal level of wellness. Adult day care offers older adults the opportunity to get out and socialize with their peers while providing them with assistance with their activities of daily living. Caregivers get relief from the responsibilities of being a 24 hour care provider allowing them to tend to the aspects of their own lives. The best part about adult day care is that you get the assistance that you need during the day, but still remain in your own home.
