WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I have NEVER in my life dealt with two more hateful women. Susanne uses her ego and what she feels is her entitlement to bully good families needing a place to live. Land/MHP/Mobile Home communities....as the economy grows, have become so few and far between. She requests personal, private and bank lender income before even beginning to consider letting a family get a lot. Bank lender information is NONE of her business. She is absurdly rude, unprofessional and Tacky and she uses her helper Desiree to make her phone calls while she yells at people from across the room and hangs up. She refuses homes to be delivered unless she approves the driver. She abuses tenants animals, their privacy and their rights. I can not tell you enough what a HORRIBLE person she is and how one day Karma will see its way with her. She is AWFUL. STAY AWAY!!!!!

They also run Sherwood mobile home park and there are pot holes so deep in the roads out here that I have seen a trailer rip a tire off trying to move. If you complain about illegals or bad tenants she will threaten to throw you out. These parks are owned by a slum lord named Don Crane and hes also a hack. We have a number of septic tanks that have fallen in out here also and all they do is come put tape around them. The city has also been notified of this and refuses to do anything also.

I lived here for 6 months worst time of my life..Suzanne is the worst person I have ever met she acts like this is her own personal kingdom. She is a rude awful person to rent from absolutely zero people skills and she bullies everyone who works or rents there...the maintaince staff are her spies and the office girls are her dumb minions... Save yourself the stress dont ever rent here

No, Just no. Stay Away! Suzanne is a mean busibody that wants to know all the dirt. There is no privacy with the office. I only knew about this place because of other business. READ ALL THE REVIEWS!!!

Worst place to rent in midland! The manager is ridiculous strict my parents came to visit and they had to leave because she said they were unwanted guests!! This lady enjoys treating people To leave them without a place to live she won't care if you have children please consider twice before renting in this place.

Im only renting the lot and own my own house, i've been here for 23 years and i have a 17 month and as of today we are getting evicted because I was helping a friend out so he wouldn't be homeless. Now she is only giving me 30 days to find another place to live, if not then my son and i will be homeless. As for Don, it doesn't matter if you call him to complain he still wont do anything about her. You would figure after so many complaints that he would do something, but i guess he just wants to lose money because of her.

I read all these reviews and I'm here to tell you I was here before she became manager and this park was full of drug dealers and the yards were full of trash the kids ran wild and broke windows things we're stolen it just wasn't a good place to raise a family now it's clean and quite we're better because of her and I for one am thankful

Please do not deal with these people. The manager is evil and if you ask your question she gets upset and then tells you that there's no more room. Mr Donald Crane is the property owner and I would assume that he does not know how this woman is treating potential customers. Because if he did he would fire her for running his business down. Thank God I was only asking questions before we even submitted an application because if we were on the property we would have to walk on egg shells in fear of being evicted. Everybody including law enforcement have heard about these managers and have advised us to stay away. That's why they have so many lots available. I can't say how bad this woman is she is so rude and unprofessional I can't understand how she is still employed. Nobody should have to put up with her and I hope Mr crane reads these reviews and does something with her because she is losing business for him. I would also assume that she does not have a life because she is in everybody's business and has time to do so. But the Lord says you will reap what you sow.

Avoid any contact with these people if at all possible. They will treat you like dirt once you have given them money. Once the housing in this area will not be in such high demand, this business will be the first to go if they don't put someone else in charge.

They told me we were denied and they "were not required to tell us why" by law yes you are! I'm pretty sure there was nothing wrong with our aapplication she didn't want us there because, we are young! All we want is our own place to raise our family! She didn't even call all of our references they lied about that! They also told me they only call back if your approved? By law they have to call and let you know were denied! We use to have to give letters out where I worked! I'm actually thankful now that I've read the reviews...She was fake from the beginning! Their application was worded very rudely! I should known the amount of spaces they had available came with a catch! Thank you, God for a denial!

RUDE and LIES! I've been talked down to many times by this woman who only "RUNS" the park. I've had enough. If you move into this park, It will be ok for a little while. Don't tell any of them your business at the store.. She will tell everyone your business. I had a neighbor just knock on my door and told me that she was airing to everyone that I was moving. I paid up for the whole month and have only been here a week and refuses to give me a refund on the 3 weeks remaining.. It's ok though.. Let her have it. Im just happy I am getting out of here. She's nice to you until she gets you in here. If you ever have a bad experience with her, she will be rude every time she sees you. Enter this park at your own risk.. When you decide you've had enough.. don't pay the full months rent.. Be late on rent and just pay after you move out for what you owe cuz you won't get any of it back!!!!

To the Cranes.. I hope you read these things. Please, please take the time to visit with your tenants, privately, and take action against the woman you have put in charge of management. Surely you must know of at least some of the problems here! We loved this place when we moved in here.. neighbors spoke to each other, children played together, we had a community. Now, nobody really talks to anyone, children aren't allowed out of their yards, and everyone walks on eggshells. All because of that woman. Most of us drop our payments at night just to avoid her! She has zero people skills, horrible behavior for management, and is an incredibly spiteful person. She treats people like trash, and if you contact her for ANYTHING, you are a target. Most of the ones who have been evicted were guilty only of ticking her off. Friends from outside the park won't even visit anymore because she doesn't like it. I have seen her follow visitors around until they stop at wherever they are going and pull up to inform them that they are not welcome. I have personally seen her chase off three people! I have never witnessed a manager actively hunt for and/or create reasons to get rid of families like she does. No one knows how to contact you personally without her knowing, and none of us want to say anything that would give her an excuse to take our homes away. We are not bad people, we just want to live without being afraid of every move we make. Please, step in and make this a place we can all be proud of again!

Just like others have had terrible experiences, my friend has had her own. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Cussed them out for making a small deck for their home, told them their... (well, let's just say it rhymes with 'hit') needed to be back in storage. Unfriendly management. When her husband call to talk to them about it, they gave them 24 hours to move out. Complete and utter BS, they NEED to lose their jobs.
