Chito's Mexican Restaurant

I’ve been going here as a regular since 2011, and have never had a bad experience until recently. The manager is about what I’d expect at cheap fast food chain.

Management and staff are horrible. My family and I went in for lunch and my wife ordered a kids quesadilla and flauta, they brought her a tortilla chip smothered with queso. Brought it to the managers attention and was told we ordered it incorrectly and would bring out another plate but we would gave to pay for it. When we got our ticket they charged us 18% gratuity and $4 for an extra enchilada on a kids plate! We asked for the manager once again and again said it was our fault for not asking and ordering it that way. We asked why we were charged a gratuity when there was only 5 of us and she said thats just what they do, my sister did not get her change after she was also charged gratuity. Needless to say she was horrible and we are never going back!

This was the WORST case of customer service I have EVER encountered. The wait staff and the acting manager argued with a paying customer over an order that was prepared incorrectly instead of fixing the problem!!!! Very unprofessional indeed!!! Walked out disgusted!!! Definitely NOT RECCOMMENDED!!!

Really nice restaurant but the food leaves MUCH to be desired. No flavor at all. Very disappointed, I won't make that mistake again.
