        We bought a rabbit laser a few...

        We bought a rabbit laser a few months ago and everything has not been that smooth. We get very little support now that the machine has been paid for and delivered. We paid an extra 100.00 for a truck with a lift on it and we didn't get one. We were never reimbursed for that. The computer that is sent with the machine is a re-conditioned one, and the first one was not working right and they had to send another one. We shipped the bad one back at a cost of 58.00 and was never reimbursed for that. I've sold one sign for 125.00 so I'm in the hole! We haven't gotten the photo-grave program to work right so we called for help. We were told that maybe sometime next week Ray might be able to get with us. Ray, don't bother! We will just call photo grave and deal with a real company! Buyer beware! Make sure you get good support after you purchase your laser.
