We took our dog to get checked for a few things. We waited 1 and half hours and still didnt see a vet. They had an emergency
But should have told us sooner.
We ended up leaving because he still wasnt available so we left.
We got meds for my dog but before we waited so long they should have told us he wasn't available.

From the first day we took our new puppy here we have never been so pleased! 2 weeks after getting Murphy we had a trip planned and had to board him. They treated him like one of there own. All of Murphy's appts have been quick & easy. He actually doesn't mind going into his appts. The staff and Vets are kind and caring. We walk in and they know our pets name...Our service has been excellent and we couldn't ask for more. We have used the grooming & kennels services with NO problems. This place is spotless! Could not ask for better care.

My cat needed emergency surgery which was provided however, their billing/collection is not professional. They collected cash & did not record it on the comp system. Sent me 2diff inv then sent me to collections. Every person I spoke to had a different version of what happened-not one person was clear& never would anyone let me speak to Dr Beste. Their billing practices are questionable dont pay cash!

The best vet of my fur babies. Doctor Tatgenhorst is our favorite so far. Great morality and caring doctors. Prices are great too.

Been coming to Middletown Vet from Dover for 10 years. Our dog Molly always treated with compassion and kindness even when she was put down over two years ago. They are the best. I live in Maryland and drive about 45 mins just to see them! They are all very kind and loving with the animals. The vets are very informative and don't act like you are a bother if you have a lot of questions.

MVH is the very best in the area. We moved to DE from NJ several years ago. It was difficult to find a good vet. service, but we hit the jackpot! The docs are all wonderful----kind, compassionate, thorough, clear in explaining etc., The $$ structure is good. Services offered are outstanding. Office hours are very convenient. Front desk staff is a 6 out of 5!!!! Can't say enough good things about MVH!!!! Dr. David Beste has an excellent facility! We wish there was some place like this for humans!

Love this veterinary hospital, drive up from Dover because they are truly the best I have found in the area. I love that they have evening and weekend hours to see patients, it makes it so much more convenient and a pleasure to keep my pets happy and healthy. Great vets, great staff, and affordable service would recommend to everyone!

I have to work so I was so glad to find a place with evening hours. The wait wasn't bad for the amount of animals to be seen. I was so afraid of what it would cost because a previous vet charged me thru the nose and made me afraid to return for anything. Middletown was large, clean, curtious, and cared about the health of my dog. Best of all I felt I was charged a resonable fee and they made it affordable to take better care of my dog. They told me what was wrong, how it happens, how to treat it, and what to expect. We will be returning.

I hope their Affordable Quality makes this hospital a huge success.
