Not impressed. Took my laptop there a few months ago, was charged $45 for them to run diagnostics. Wasn’t running properly before nor after they determined nothing was wrong. A couple weeks later took it in again with the same problems and some new ones. They didn’t call to tell me what they found, just when they were finished doing what they felt needed to be done which was basically run spyware and anti virus software which I could have done for free, cost $140.00 and still have issues with computer. This is a $400 computer that I would not have approved of spending another $140.00 on to do something I could have done for free. I complained but the kid in there said it took like 3 hours or something. Really? Will never use them again and want to forewarn others in the area.
