        I disagree with the previous reviewer!

        Mr. Roque is no longer at this store. He is at the Dadeland Pointe Store. The store is great! Look for Ozzy when you come in! The staff is very courteous and helpful. Give them a try if you in the area. This store isn't as busy as the others in the area except on Sundays!

        Worst Customer Service

        This AT&T dealer is the worst place I have ever visited in my entire life. The Manager of the store named Mr. Roque was very unprofessional and he does not have any training how to take care of his customers. AT&T should send shoppers to their stores and try to rate this store's customer service; they will be surprised how unprofessional some of the staff is, including the store manager.
