Great service, they were very responsible with my original documents and the translations were accepted ok. Other companies don't always notarize their translations so the fact these people did do it was a plus.

we needed a notarization on a Friday at 10pm, I called them with very little hope that the might actually do that at such late hour, but they did!!! it was a real life saver :)

I went to 3 different translation agencies, and every time the documents got rejected by the board of medicine. A friend recommended Accord, and to my surprise the board accepted their translations without any problem. Ever since I've continued to get my documents translated by them, and so far they have always been accepted just fine.

MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THIS COMPANY LOOKING FOR A NOTARY TO MARRY US THERE SERVICES WERE $150.00. (by the way only one person that we know of was working here) ANYWAYS WE SPOKE WITH THE COMPANY ONE DAY AND SET EVERYTHING THEY ASKED FOR A CREDIT CARD SO I GAVE THEM ONE THEY MADE IT SEEM LIKE THERE SERVICES WERE GOING TO BE FLAWLESS TELLING ME ABOUT ALL THE LITTLE KNICK KNACKS THAT THEY INCLUDE FOR FREE ( TIP: DONT BE FOOLED ITS NOT WORTH IT FOR FREE LITTLE THINGS U CAN BUY FOR 50 CENTS) ANYWAYS THEY TOLD SHE WOULD SEND OUT A NOTARY I REQUESTED THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE AN ACCENT. I TRIED CALLING THEM AFTER THAT TO CONFIRM AS IT GOT CLOSER TO MY WEDDING DAY AND I WOULD LEAVE MESSAGES AND THEY WOULD GO UNANSWERED. ON THE DAY THE NOTARY ARRIVED WICH WAS THE SAME PERSON WHO WE SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE WHO HAD A HUGE ACCENT AND I WAS TOLD 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE WEDDING WAS SUPPOSED TO START THAT IF WE RUN EVEN 5 MINUTES LATE SHE WOULD CHARGE US AN EXTRA $50.00 THERE SERVICES WERE ALREADY EXPENSIVE. WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR THE NOTARY TO SIGN THE LICENSE SHE ASKED ME FOR MY LICENSE I WAS LIKE WHAT? I WAS NOT TOLD THIS SO THE NOTARY SAID TO FAX IT THE NEXT DAY I SAID OK. EARLY NEXT MORNING I CALLED TO MAKE SURE THE FAX WAS ON AND I SENT IT I KEPT CALLING AND THEY KEPT TELLING ME THEY COULDNT SPEAK TO ME RIGHT NOW SO I TOLD THEM I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU RECIEVED MY FAX THEY SAID YES. WE KEPT CHECKING TO SEE IF OUR LICENSE WAS RECIEVED AT THE COURT WELL THEY NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING NO RECORDS OF THEM RECIEVEING ANYTHING. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND ASKED THEM IF THEY CERTIFY A LETTER LIKE THAT BECAUSE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WOULD SO IF SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS THEY HAVE PROOF WELL THE COMPANY DIDNT CERTIFY BECAUSE THEY DONT DO THAT AND THEY HAD NO PROOF IT WAS SENT. WE HAD TO GO TO THE COURTS AGAIN GET A MARRIAGE LICENSE AGAIN BECAUSE OUR FIRST ONE EXPIRED AND WE HAD TO HAVE SOMEONE MARRY US AT THE COURT. SO IN TOTAL MARRIAGE LICENSE INCLUDED WE SPENT 293.00 ON THIS COMPANY AND THEY DIDNT EVEN FULFILL THERE DUTIES. WE CALLED THE COMPANY TO SEE IF THEY COULD REFUND AT LEAST SOME OF THE MONEY WE SPENT AND THEY REFUSED WE WERE SO FRUSTRATED AND SO ANGRY THAT WE JUST GAVE UP, AND THERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE YOU A COPY WHEN THEY FILL THE LICENSE OUT IN FRONT OF YOU WHICH THIS COMPANY ALSO DID NOT DO.. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND HEADACHE LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE EXPIRIENCE
