Long waits, unpleasant and uninformed staff. Cash only. Go elsewhere if you can.

For the past two years there has been a great decline in the service rendered. The staff is rude to each other and customers. No manners, professionalism, or intelligence. The staff needs training.There are times when you stand in line more than the normal time needed for tags and registration. Even when customers are confused or don't understand the staff isn't patience with them. In the past they would have gotten a 5 star rating from me. Not now. Very, Very unsatisfied.

They staff was very unorganized, not very cooperative and totally unprofessional. This place of business needs to restructureb and have people that works for them to be more people oriented.
