Well, long story short. That week Lou and his crew came in and they meant business. Lou delivered his promise. In this day in age you don't find that in people. He's a genuine trustworthy hard working man who does top notch work and he shoots you straight there's no surprises! I HIGHLY recommend Lou to anyone who needs work done in their home.
