The worst book store ever!! I purchased my book on August 29 and was never told that it would be a final purchase. I would have never made the purchase , if the information was given. Less than 24 hrs later I returned the book after my instructor informed me that the book was no longer needed for this course. This book store not only did not honor the return they treated me so rudely and belittle me by insinuating that I was lying. Treating me with NO customer service whatsoever! Told me I was lying about not being informed about the return policy. The manager did not even come out to talk to me. His resolution to this dilemma was to buy the book back from me. His employee whom was a very old lady was literally yelling at me and telling me I was a liar. I am a very honest person and to be treated this way is very very upsetting!!! Neat less to say this will be my first and last purchase at this store! They are seriously scam artists! I will stick to buying my books on Amazon or MCC bookstore! Where the customers are appreciated and welcome. Amazon is a lot cheaper than this book store and they honor all returns with a full refund! I have never been so mistreated at any store ever in my 28 years!!
