Todd's Chem-Dry

I called in Todd's Chem dry to help with some pet urine on my carpet. I explained to the men where most of it was, (they seemed to be half listening) then let them do their job. When they said they were done I went in the room to see and realized it was soaking wet! I paid way too much in my opinion. Anyway a couple of hours later when the carpet was dryer I went in to see how it looks and cheek the urine spot. They never treated it!!!!! It was bone dry when the rest of the carpet is still wet and it still spelled!!! Also a couple of spots were still dirty.

I called the company the next day and the lady I talked to was snippy and had an excuse for everything and on top of that she refused to send anyone out to treat that spot no charge due to their mistake. She told me she would have to charge me in full to come out again!!

I was floored!!! I spent that much money and nothing was done!!! How can they run their buisness with poor service.

So the next day I used my steam cleaner and did a better job with my store bought cleaner. I emptied the dirty water tank and it was dark brown! So with that where did all my money go to? I will never waste another dime on this company!!!

I had to give them one star ONLY because I could not submit this without doing that!

I would never give them any stars.
