Great place to shop!! Very nice People work there---Great choice of Meats! Great customer service--always clean and neat.

This is a great place to shop for every day grocery needs and even large scale holiday dinners. They have a wonderful meat department, fresh produce, and outstanding deli. It has an old time feel with modern products / services and competitive prices. The customer service is outstanding and I have never waited more then 2 minutes in line. They are always quick to open a register when a line forms and happy to do so. The management team in the grocery section is extremely courteous and if they don't have something in stock that you need, they will scour through multiple vendors and other resources to do their best to find what you are looking for. Mentor Family Foods has everything I need and I won't shop anywhere else.

I was suprised to see the DVD machine. Great selection. Not sure why it's by the dog food...but now that I know where it is, I'm gonna check it out each time I'm in.

With the grocery store business in the Cleveland area pretty much a monopoly, we have changed to Mentor Foods. Since the chain is taking advantage of their monopoly status with outrageous prices, Mentor Foods is lower on many of their items. Their Deli offers in-store made salads, fresh lunch meats, chop blocks, breads. Their meat is exceptionally fresh and better than that large chain! And Milk is still cheaper at Mentor foods than at the chain!
