Budget Lodge of Memphis

The rooms had uneven floors. You have to buy your own toilet paper. We were told you had to supply your own linens. It was kinda a crazy concept but the pricing was the best we could find. The lady at the counter was helpful and friendly. Didn't have any problems. We enjoyed our stay in Memphis. I got sick though and had to leave early. Our room had a tv with cable and a refrigerator. We'd asked for two beds, but were told they only had a single bed available that if a two bed were to become available they'd let us know. We never got a two bed room. Now that I think about it, it really wasn't that great, but it wasn't horrible either.

There was mold and mildew on the walls. The heat went out over night. When I asked for a refund before the 15 minute mark, I was treated unfairly and denied my money back. The hotel was extremely nasty. I woke up with a sore throat. I will be sure to contact the health department due to uncleanness. This place should not be in business. Terrible and rude customer service.
