The Yoga Center of Medford is a supportive community of instructors and students in a nurturing, beautiful environment. Our Center welcomes all to relax and renew and to tap into a mind-body-spirit connection that is the foundation of yogic practice. In the process, we hope to foster a sense of self awareness, inner power and physical wellness in all who share their time and energy with us. Owner Alaine Portner, along with the many qualified instructors and students of the Yoga Center, hope that you will discover the perfect classes or workshops from among the center’s many offerings to help set your personal energy systems into motion

We are located in the Plaza with the Medport Diner. Go all the way to the left and enter the double glass doors. The signs are for The Yoga Center of Medford and the Medford Board of Education. Please call before dropping by, as our hours of operation
