It is our philosophy that exercise and movement are essential to all humans for healthier, stronger, happier lives. We specialize in all segments of the population as well as athletes and those afflicted with neuromuscular conditions such as multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease. We thrive to educate each client about his/her personal physical needs in a serene encouraging environment.
