When I arrived here they had fired the stylist with whom I had an appointment. Rather than notifying me or moving my appointment to another stylist's schedule, I was treated as a walk-in. The girl who did my cut was also working on another client at the same time, instructing an assistant to work on her color. I showed her photos of the cut I wanted, so there was no mistaking what I asked for. I specifically told her a couple of things I didn't want as well. After a half hour, during which she spent a lot of time talking about herself, her history, and her accomplishments, she let me see my hair. I have very fine, straight hair, and there was no styling done post-cut, so it was hard to see in any detail. I did notice a couple of things that I specifically noted that I didn't want, such as layers too short to fit in a ponytail and shorter layers near the face. I asked for a long bob, and my finished cut was longer in the back than in the front, which was not what I asked for. I
