I have used this company for years and they have been nothing but extremely professional and courteous the drivers go out of their way to make it as easy as possible for you

We switched to HGS about 6 months ago and absolutely love them! They always show up without fail, and even if we forget to put the trash out - they'll go around to the side of the house and get it. They shouldn't need to do that, but thankfully they do. The drivers are always very friendly.
HGS will also go up your driveway, which is very my appreciated since we have a long gravel driveway. Our last company said they wouldn't go up our driveway any longer, even though we have adequate turn around space. I realize it's more time consuming to go up a driveway, and I'm glad there is someone who still does it. HGS is the best company around. I highly recommend them!

We've used them for probably 15+ years and never had any huge issues until the Thursday before Christmas. It had rained a lot and everything was sloppy. A friend of my daughter had parked in the driveway and her car was in the way by about 20yds of the garbage truck getting to the cans. So instead of just being mad and driving away, they drove through the yard, turned it into a mud hole, and left mud tracks all over the driveway which I'll probably have to pressure wash to get off. I'm gonna have to buy some grass seed and use a couple hours of labor repairing the yard, and pressure washing (plus going to get the seed and gas for the washer). Not a happy customer right now. Might be changing providers soon, as this really made me angry. They should have just had the office notify me why the didn't take the garbage.

I have used them for years and have always had outstanding service. They didn't used to provide a can, so when I got married, my husband wanted to use Waste Management. We changed, and the service was so terrible that we eventually came back. For some reason, I have had the hardest time paying this bill on time. I think because it is quarterly, and it gets lost in the shuffle. They have never cut off my service or dumped trash in my driveway. They send a reminder notice. I set my account up on auto-pay to solve the problem. I would highly recommend them.

i love this service. they take all the trash even the loose stuff that falls in the bottom sometimes. they provided the can for me as well. they offer recycleing now and i dont have to sort it. they take plastic, paper, cardboard, aluminum, and tin cans. they sort at their facility and take it to spectra to be processed.

i think they are the only garbage removal in blounty county that recycles and i just love them.
