Exsenator's Ribs and Chicken

I visited this establishment for the first time and I was satisfied with my order. Food was ready in a timely fashion! Also, leave the debit card at home because they only accept cash.

The barbecue is good, and when I call in the food is ready upon my arrival.

on 12/12/08 I phoned in a large rip tip doing my afternoon break. I must say those were the most terrible rip tips I every tasted. Every piece of rip tip were fatty it did not have any lean meat at all. I am not an authority or a gourmet a cook but I know good food when I taste it and ExSenator is far from good but near & dear to nasty. I was very apprehensive about the taste of the rip tips it had a funny taste similar to tips cooked in someone's kitchen and not the grill. Of course! I was right all my co-workers tasted & agreed those ribs were completely boil and put on the grill for a few minutes to try and get the grill taste , but fail. The rip tips did not have a grill taste and if you look at the meat it was extremely soft. I did not want to believe they boil my meat but nine of my co-workers can not be wrong and the resturante have a grill ! Thats why it was hard to believe they boil the meat. Unfortunately I spoke with the cook Dwight and his attitude was nasty like his food. I guess the apple does not fall to far from the tree.



In addition, the services were extremely poor. I phoned my order in and had to wait twenty minutes to receive it, my fries were soggy & cold and the yound lady attitude was unpleasant. They are not concern about customers concerns or request. Prior to, I asked the young man over the phone three times or more to give me lean tips but my request went upon not deaf but unconern ears. I heard the owner use to be a senator but regardless I use to be a customer when they servered good food but I would never recommend them to anyone not even a dog. Poor customer service and food.
