I took two trips to fix the sink, and a weekend with not being able to use it. I appreciated Todd coming out and checking on it and following through with it the following Monday. Our doorbell is still not working on the back porch and I think a spider is shorting it out once in a while because it goes off for no reason. But other than that you have done a great job on our lawn (except the fire pit always gets knocked around), and you have always responded quickly whenever we have needed something. I thought you went above and beyond on the same day I called in about the sink! Thank you!

Been with them nearly 11 years. They do a yearly checkup in the fall, checking heating and changing batteries. If there are any other minor problems, they take care of them. If I had a serious problem, at any time, they have replied quickly. Thank you!!

I've never had an issue when renting from Silverheels. I trust them more than any other rental company in the area, and I have rented off of them in the past. Brandon even came out twice late at night last week to get a bat out of the bathroom that sent a half dozen teenage boys running out of house in terror...
