I have never had them to my house to fix anything. I have been to their shop frequently asked questions on how to fix things and they've been excellent. I have called them in what seemed like an emergency to me and they talked me down in no time. They always have the parts I need. I might have them service my pool but we live too far away.

Very satisfied with the installation and maintenance on my outdoor wood furnace. I received great customer service and the installation team was knowledgable of the product to help me in getting started.

Make sure you read the reviews listed here before you call this company. I hired them to fix and refill the sand filter on my pool. I paid the bill on the day of service of $240. Then they sent me another bill for an additional $127. When I called the owner, she informed me the extra money was for travel time. I was never told they charge travel time. I tried to explain this to Mrs. McAlarney. She became increasingly rude, then she hung up on me. WATCH out for extra charges that they don't tell you about!!!

We asked them for an estimate on pool repairs and they went over budget by $3000 without telling us and wanted all of the bill. The pump they installed broke shortly after they left and they wouldn't come back to fix it. I had to hire another company to fix their mess. Don't do business with them. You will be sorry
