Colonial Terrace Apartments

I am 54 years old and have rented all over the United States doing construction. I have never written a review of an apartment complex before. Hands down the absolute worst place I have lived in. During the winter they refused to plow or salt the complex. The entrance is about a 20 degree hill. Last night 17 residents had to abandon their cars and walk in . All the complexes owned by other companies got plowed . This not the first time this has happened. There was once a maintenance guy who gave a ---- and that was Toad. He would have never let this happen. Garbage management. Follow up after complaining about what was going on . I received termination of lease agreement. They also accessed Chase bank account with out permission. Using my personnel information. I found this out later Chase had contacted me. So I filed a complaint with Chase and are currently looking into it.
