US Post Office

As I read the reviews, I am wondering if we are all going to the same place??? We are talking about the US Post Office in Magate, Florida on Coconut Creek Parkway, right? If so, as a Margate resident AND business owner, I've had nothing but pleasant experiences there. The staff is courteous and helpful and as far as waiting in line, it happens during holidays and tax season (so I expect it and plan my time accordingly) OR, it is because there is almost ALWAYS an unprepared patron at the window who has to be given instruction on what is needed to complete their requested service (then that patron upon completion, gets to go right back to either the window or the front of the line).

I appreciate my Community and all who provided services to me here in Margate.

Service is extremely slow. One particular clerk is rude & unfriendly. The only thing good their is the Postmaster Mr. Sullivan period. He's always helpful & will go out of his way to help me.

This is the worst post office .i would prefer to give no stars. I have lived in the vicinity for 30 yrs and avoid it at every opportunity! Parking is terrible , facility is messy and univiting, self service is usually broken . Staff is accommodating .

Today I stood in line , on crutches a week after surgery, to buy 20, 22 cent stamps. They had none , nor did they have enough smaller values to accommodate my needs. It is very frustrating when you have no confidence in your local post office.

Miserable post office. There are usually two post office workers and twenty people in line, waiting and waiting, many with complicated problems. I guess each worker serves six people per hour.

Horrible! This is the worst of the worst in post offices. The "supervisor" Carolyn M Clarke looks like a recovering crackhead (the recovering part is questionable) and her nasty attitude is just as horrible. this post office should be closed down. Complete incompetence and disgusting staff.

probably called 20 times today. no answer. matter of fact, i called every post office in a 10 mile radius and none of them answered.

Can't get through....ever. Number always has a busy signal.
