Big Daddy's Pizza & Subs

This is mostly take out. After almost 15 years if not more I can say I always look forward to eating Big Daddy's Pizza and other dishes as well. Lasagna, Wings, pasta dishes etc. As for delivery the are great. Staff are nice and respectful. Give them a try.. For a sit down version do try the Coral springs store. Nice.

On 10-26-10, I contacted Big Daddy’s to deliver a pizza. I was told 45 minutes. I went about my business. Apparently, they decided to deliver the pizza in 15 minute without letting me know. So no one was able to answer the door. I contacted the driver 35 minutes into the order. He told me the pizza was hot. I checked the crust was cold. I wanted a hot pizza. I then spoke with Neil at Big Daddy’s. I told him I was in the shower when they tried to deliver the pizza too early. I wanted another Pizza Neil told me I have to go somewhere else because he was not going to deliver pizza to someone who doesn't answer his door and my driver is outside waiting. I told him are you kidding me? Are you going to deliver a hot pizza? He said "no". Neil then hung up on me.



This is poor customer service. I was honoring his time frame and Big Daddy's wanted me to accept a cold pizza. Neil’s demeanor was not customer friendly. In fact, he blamed me for the issue and then would not do the right thing.



I would not recommend Big Daddy's Pizza and Subs to anyone. Neil needs to find another line of work where he cannot badger his customers. It’s obvious if things do not go his way his true personality comes out. I would wager a fortune if you use him and have any issues you will see his real inner nature.



It should be noted this is not the first time Big Daddy's has not honored his Pizza times. Several months ago I ordered a pizza for pick up. I was give a set time. I arrived 5 minutes late. Then I was told it would be another 20 minutes. In other words, Big Daddy's Pizza had made my Pizza yet. I told them I could not wait. They did not care that they provided a time for pickup. That I drove to their store to pick up the Pizza and they had not followed through with their end of the bargain.



Also, I was ordering 2-3 Pizza's a month from Big Daddy's based on their lousy service and attitude not anymore.
