5 n' 1 Appliances

I purchased a Whirlpool Duet Front-Load washer & dryer set from 5N1 Appliances in February of 2014. The washer stopped agitating & draining a month ago. This is the first issue I've had with the washer since I first purchased it in 2014. Last year I had to replace the heater element in the dryer & so far those have been my only issues. I paid $600 for the set & I love my set although now I must either repair or replace my washer. I would likely buy from 5N1 Appliances again!

Awful, Awful, Awful...Do yourself a favor... DO NOT buy from this guy. He is a crook!!



I bought a dishwasher and a stove from Orlando, the owner. The dishwasher stopped working mid-cycle the first time I used it. I called Orlando to send someone back out to look at it. He said there would be a $29.00 service fee!! I had no choice so I paid it and the tech came back out at took the dishwasher. They had it for about a week and a half before they brought it back. I ran a cycle before they left and everything seemed to be fine, until the next day when I tried to use it...it stopped working mid-cycle.



Now the stove... I was cooking dinner in the oven and it also stopped working...it was beeping and got really hot and I couldn't get it tp turn off. I had to pull it out and unplug it.



I called Orlando the next day and said I wanted a refund on these 2 appliances. He refused..."it's his policy not to give refunds". He talks in circles, blamed everything else for why the appliances don't work...like my electrical wiring, my plumbing, did the power go out. He has an excuse for everything.



He said I could exchange them for different ones but there would be a $100 exchange fee or I could buy the parts and he would repair them for free... The price for the part for the stove was around $300!



So now, I am stuck with these 2 appliances that don't work or i have pay more money to either exchange them or have them fixed. He is unprofessional, calls go unanswered, he should not be in business...he is a crook and a liar.

Complete joke. Called these guys to repair my dryer. Broke again with the same issue within 2 weeks. Messages go unreturned, price quoted on the phone different from charged. Don't stand behind repair and blame on other things. Zero stars would be more accurate.
