my daughter was turned away yesterday with her 6 month old son who has a rash on his belly and needed his 6-month immunizations because she was 10 minutes late. The receptionist Allie is cold rude and callus my daughter and myself begged her to please ask the doctor to see my grandson she did not she continue to say it's policy if your 10 minutes late you need to come back another day. My daughter had an appointment 2 weeks ago to see the doctor they called and canceled because the doctor wanted to go home early on a Friday. The appointment before that the doctor was 45 minutes late yes Dr. McDermott apologized at least 10 times for being late. but at the same time my daughter was turned away. My daughter and myself try to explain to the receptionist Ally that I had to drive an hour and a half to give my daughter a ride to the doctors because she was concerned about the rash on her son's belly and he needed his 6 month immunizations that were already 3 weeks late because they cancelled on her now she has to find another doctor he's going to be very late in getting his immunizations and he still has a rash on his belly if this is a type of service they provide they shouldn't be in the healthcare profession.

They have always had very poor people skills. The doctors take months to diagnose and are horrible at sending out referrals for second opinions. The nurses aren't the kindest when dealing with children. I would never recommend

This local pediatrics to anyone. I have had many friends and family members who displeased with this practice. Definitely this practice deals with a lot of people and people with special needs. I would not send anyone here.
